Morgan Bourgeois has over seven years of grooming experience, beginning her career at PetSmart after a job posting from her dad. She has multiple certifications, including training from Sue Zecco & Jay Scruggs, Pet CPR & First Aid, and creative grooming seminars with Betty Huang from Taiwan.

Morgan is working towards becoming a certified master groomer, needing just two more practical exams and the master written test.Owning her own salon shaped Morgan as a groomer, allowing her to advocate for dogs needing special attention. She has a strong passion for Terriers, especially hand-stripped ones, but loves working with all breeds and also grooms cats. Morgan spends a lot of time assessing each dog's body language and interactions to find the best approach for their grooming needs. She stays current with grooming trends through trade shows, seminars, and social media.
Morgan finds the most challenging part of her job is when a dog struggles with a specific aspect of grooming. She adjusts her techniques to help them relax and builds trust through clear communication with both dogs and their owners. Outside of grooming, Morgan enjoys trying different foods from around the world and values self-expression, having as many tattoos as her age.
