The most challenging part of her job is dealing with anxious dogs and their owners, emphasizing a calm drop-off and pick-up process.
A memorable moment was when she gave a 2.5-pound dog, who had been attacked by a larger dog, a rockstar haircut, bringing tears of joy to the owner's eyes. Storm handles dogs with a soft touch, giving them time to adjust for a stress-free grooming experience. Outside of grooming, she enjoys flying with her boyfriend, who is a pilot.
